Once an extra provincial Limited Partnership from British Columbia, Alberta or Saskatchewan is registered, Manitoba will be notified when the following changes occur in the home jurisdiction:

  • Change of Name
  • Change in the General Partner(s)
  • Change in the Status of the Partnership (i.e. Dissolution)
  • Change in the Business Location address

In most cases, correspondence and pre-populated forms will be generated and sent to the mailing address on record for the partnership in Manitoba. The forms must be signed by the General Partner and returned for filing by email (pdf documents only), fax, mail or in person.
