* The Business Name Reservation computer printout is being increased
from 2 pages to 5 pages, and will now provide information as to Federal and
Extra-Provincial bodies corporate, as well as Federal trade marks. The printout will
therefore be identical to that already provided for Corporate Name Reservations, and the
same fee will be charged.
** For Annual Returns filed on or before June 30, 2001, the old fee will apply.
For Annual Returns filed on or After July 1, 2001, the new fee will apply.
The date that determines the fee is the date that the Annual Return is filed,
irrespective of when it was due or when you may have received it.
Forms Changes Effective July 1, 2001

- Restated Articles of Incorporation (share capital)
- Restated Articles of Incorporation (without share capital)
